How to Host a Community Meeting

  1. Invite a small group: Start with friends, family, or neighbors. You only need 5–10 people to make a difference.
  2. Pick a comfortable location: Your living room, a local library, a community center, or even a park.
  3. Use our sample agenda:
    - Welcome & introductions
    - Share why you care (personal stories are powerful)
    - Discuss local issues and tie them to Blueprint 2030 pillars
    - Identify local actions (e.g., voter drives, supporting resolutions)
    - Set next steps & stay connected

Talking Points & Conversation Starters

- What does a fair economy look like in our community?
- How can we make sure every family here has access to healthcare?
- What does it mean to protect democracy locally?
- How can we make our neighborhoods more welcoming and safe for everyone?
